4. SMS Messaging Terms

4.1 SMS Program Description

VVD Ventures LLC DBA Howard's Draperies operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in through our website contact forms. We send two types of SMS messages:

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. VVD Ventures LLC DBA Howard's Draperies is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or technical issues outside our control. Carriers are not responsible for any messages sent through our SMS program.
